Grant Funding and Development Support
MDL took a proactive role in securing grant funding for Auburn Meadows through a Michigan housing program. We handled the entire process—from identifying eligibility to assembling required documentation and coordinating with program officials. This early involvement ensured the project was financially feasible while aligning with state goals to support workforce housing in growing communities.

Design and Architectural Planning
Our in-house design team crafted Auburn Meadows with functionality, style, and affordability in mind. Working closely with stakeholders, we created site plans, unit layouts, and architectural drawings that met regulatory requirements while reflecting the community’s needs. This seamless design process allowed us to streamline permitting and ensure construction could proceed without delays.

Once design and approvals were in place, MDL led the entire construction effort—from ground-up infrastructure to final finishes. We coordinated site preparation, managed subcontractors, and maintained quality control throughout every stage.
